Mr. Valley is the Founder and Managing Partner of Valley Industrial Partners (“VIP”), and is responsible for all investment, development, and management activities of the firm. Mr. Valley leads land sourcing and the full development process, including land planning, construction, lease-up, and ongoing asset management.

Prior to founding VIP, Mr. Valley was a Partner and Senior Vice President at Majestic Realty, one of the largest privately held industrial real estate firms in the U.S. with nearly $10 billion AUM and over 70M square feet under management. During his 15 years at Majestic, Mr. Valley was directly responsible for expanding the firm’s Texas footprint, successfully entitling, rezoning, and closing on over 2,800 acres and personally developing nearly $600M (over 5M square feet) of industrial properties, ranging from small shall-bay product to large big box product. In addition, Mr. Valley led leasing on new and renewal leases for over 25M square feet.

Before joining Majestic Realty, Mr. Valley started his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch on the Commercial Real Estate lending team, where he managed a portfolio of $250M across all product types.

Mr. Valley graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business and Real Estate Finance.
