Kent Valley serves on the Advisory Board of Valley Industrial Partners and brings more than five decades of experience in industrial real estate development.

Mr. Valley currently serves as Executive Vice President and Senior Development Partner at Majestic Realty Co., where he leads development efforts across Southern California. Since joining Majestic in 1967 following active duty in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Valley has played a key role in the firm’s national expansion, including helping to establish its Atlanta office. He is also a member of Majestic Realty’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Valley is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service. He is a Founding Partner and President of the Bob Rope Cancer Foundation, a Founding Partner of the Land of the Free Foundation, and serves on The University Trust at Cal Poly Pomona, among several other advisory boards and charitable organizations.

Mr. Valley earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho, where he played on the Vandal football team.
