The Radius M1225 Portable lets you switch now, switch later, or switch all the time. With the Radius M1225 radio, channel spacing is programmable by channel. Offering up to 16 channels, this portable allows for economical, staged migration to the narrower bandwidth across your company's entire two-way inventory.

  RSS easily allows the choice for a Local rather than a Distance setting if you desire the 10dB interference protection that this mode provides. Programmable radio wide or to an option button.
• Dual Priority User Programmable Channel Scan
  The M1225 has a dedicated scan button. This feature allows the user to create a customized list of channels to "scan."
• Dual Color Display
  The LCD offers a choice of amber or green backlight to facilitate day or night-time viewing. This is programmable through the RSS or the option button can allow the user to toggle between colors.

  The M1225 passes MIL-STD 810 C,D & E with flying colors. This means utility vehicle construction, potholes, even a 75g impact will not dislodge this radio or disable it. Additionally, the M1225 has passed Motorola's own Accelerated Life Testing, which simulates years of rugged usage in the field.
